Coca-Cola’s Pretty Little Things

I was absolutely delighted when I first saw these on Luxuo.com.

“Italian fashion designers Donatella Versace, Alberta Ferretti, Anna Molinari for Blumarine, Veronica Etro, Silvia Venturini for Fendi, Consuelo Castiglioni for Marni, Angela Missoni and Rossella Jardini for Moschino, have teamed with Coca Cola for fund raising campaign in support of the victims of the earthquake in Abruzzo, Italy.” (click here to read the full article)

If only we could do something similar to Coca-Cola Light’s “Tribute to Fashion” for all the relief/rehabilitation projects here.

These are my favorites:

alberta-ferretti

Is it flame or fabric on this design by Alberta Ferretti?

marni

Quirky dots by Consuelo Castiglioni for Marni.

missoni

How can you resist Missoni’s signature knit pattern on your soda bottle?

Anyhow, I’ll take my cheap thrills where I can get them and I’m finding a strange attraction to the 50s Diner-style contoured glasses of Coca-Cola that I’ve been seeing on this particular billboard on my way to work everyday.

It comes in pink, green, blue, lime, charcoal, red, and purple and you can get them by adding an extra P25 to any value meal at McDonald’s.  They’ve even got a personality test on www.cokeperfectserve.com to help you determine your color personality.

Sometimes, it’s the little things that make me wonder whether or not to give into those late-night QPC cravings.
