Would You Wear: Jojie Lloren for Luna Shorts

I wonder if I can get away with wearing this to work.

I scanned these from Preview’s January-February 2010 issue. The whole editorial features Jojie Lloren‘s collections for Jill and Luna (both in-house brands of Rustan’s). FYI: it was shot at the Court of Appeals.

I’ve been mildly obsessed with vintage-cut hot pants for a while, and I’ve only mustered up the courage to wear culottes (versus the bum-hugging variety). These are so cute though.

Maybe I’ll try it after the Century Superbods Run (I promised my friend I’d walk 3k with her!), that way I’ll have gained a bit of muscle tone and earned the right to wear shorts.

I do love the styling though.

I think Kate has a lot of fun when she designs and it really shows.

Did you ever pull the sugar roses off a birthday cake after the candles were blown out? I always did. How about an entire sugar rose to yourself?

It wouldn’t be KT without a bag to match, yes?

Oh and the cake was pretty good too! Vanilla sponge and Swiss chocolate mousse equals yum, yum, yum!

It’s the height. That’s why she gets away with looking so playful all the time.
