I was so excited to go to the first birthday of my godson Max. It was a chance to get away from the city and recharge. The party was held at the gorgeous Anvaya Cove! This Ayala Land property is really fabulous! They just need to improve the food as it was very disappointing. Apart from that, it was a really fantastic experience. The staff were really well trained. Everyone had a ready smile and an authentic eagerness to serve. The birthday party was really laid back and super chill. I loved the idea that the theme was “green” as Max’s parents (Raffy and Pauline Suaco-Juan) are supporters of the eco-lifestyle. I know everyone had a great time! How was you weekend?

I just love small nuances like this foot bath that dotted the pool area. It's tiny details like this that really make a special experience.
The waves were really strong. The storm just passed the cove and you could really feel this.
We climbed the watch tower and got a view of the coves outline.
The watch tower also gave me a chance to see the layout of the pool.
At the party were chic couple Mano and Daryl. I loved the energy and the vibe that these two emanated!

I loved that the giveaways of the party were "Chippy" chips lovingly signed by the brothers of Max.The story behind this is Pauline had the craving (pinaglihian) for this corn-chip snack when she was carrying Max.
